'We chose AK Expressions after seeing their stand at a wedding fayre, and subsequently meeting with Avi to discuss photographing our wedding. Avi came to our house and was very professional in his approach to his work. However, his professionalism is also matched with a great ‘down to earth’ fun attitude, which immediately made us feel comfortable – just like having a friend round for a chat!



After discussing our needs, hearing about Avi’s background and seeing some of his work, it was apparent to us that there would be no need to speak to any more photographers – and we’d spoken to a few! My wife was very apprehensive with regards to being the centre of attention, and having her photo taken – something she’s always been uncomfortable with. So having explained this to Avi, he said that he would spend some time with us before the wedding to make Anna feel as comfortable in front of the camera as he could. Well after this offer, along with the tailored package, which was exactly to our needs (and in our price range!), we opted for AK Expressions!



The meeting prior to the wedding was fantastic, and a great boost for my wife’s confidence! She liked the photos so much we now have some on the wall! And so to the day – well not only was Avi and his assistant there taking photos, they mucked in when one of the bridesmaids had a dress malfunction, helped me sort out my cravat, and kept me informed about the cause of the delay before the ceremony (much to my relief!). Throughout the whole day they were discreet, professional and above all - amusing! I cannot stress enough how it felt like having a friend taking the photos!

When the ‘posed’ photos were required, Avi organised them with the minimum of fuss, and in a timely manner – no one was hanging around for ages, which was absolutely appreciated! They stayed well in to the reception, capturing some great dance floor shots!


We met with Avi on our return from our honeymoon, and we were absolutely taken aback by the stunning and unique photos that had been taken – they were more than what we had hoped for! The storybook he created is amazing, a truly beautiful keepsake and reminder of the happiest day of our lives – and AK Expressions certainly played their part in making our wedding the perfect day!'

'We had previously not had a very good run of luck with our wedding photographer?.. Lets just say not at all professional!  Well it seemed that the run of bad luck was overturned when I happened to completely stumble upon a mini wedding fayre in a well known department store in Ipswich, where following a long conversation I was provided with a quotation and immediately booked akexpressions for our wedding.  We can honestly say that we have never looked back!  Our wedding day went swimmingly and the photo?s we now have are moments that we will treasure forever! Every element was covered from beginning to end  and most of those moments were taken without anyone even realising it?. PERFECT!!!  We cannot thank you enough , nothing was ever too much and everything was accommodated, even additional bits like having a date with my dress - brilliant.  We would be happy to
